Description de la mission
The group already possesses leading-edge know-how in the development of software, products and systems. It has decided to double its capabilities for the coming years, and has set up an organization designed to ensure that these efforts will enable it to both drive performance and target excellence in the field of industrial digital transformation and new digital solutions proposed to customers inside and outside nuclear. Given the nature of its business - involving highly technical activities and strict compliance with precise rules - the industry holds significant potential for improvement. Not only does this require the digitization of flows, particularly documentary flows, it also means reorganizing the associated processes in a way that makes the best possible use of digital tools (both existing and, where appropriate, new tools), as well as automatizing monitoring or asset information analysis (using deep learning technology and leveraging Framatome group’s large domain expertise).
In this context, the Group wishes to extend its team focused on the realization of both performance projects leveraging digital, and implementation of new digital solutions. This team will have the task of structuring and supporting the transformation projects for the industrial sites, as well as supporting the implementation of digital customer solutions.
As a digital performance project manager, you will be in charge of the structuration and delivery of digital projects :
- Internal productivity / industry 4.0 projects, aiming at delivering a high return on investment by improving / simplifying processes ;
- New digital solutions proposed to Framatome customers. These might include for example analytics solutions (helping customer monitor / control assets or processes), engineering tools (helping engineers design or industrialize nuclear components ot systems), cyber security solutions,…
For this mission, you will work with the key stakeholders involved in these projects (business units’ or sites’ colleagues in charge of the industrial processes to be improved, digital business development / product management teams, customers, marketing or commercial teams,…). You will also be in regular interaction with the Group's head of IT & Digital.
Profil souhaité
With an engineering, commercial or generalist background, you have an experience in conducting and managing performance improvement / process re-engineering actions or new digital solutions. An industrial experience (preferably in the steel, metallurgy or manufacturing industry) will be a real advantage. Digital competence and experience are of course a plus, but is not a necessary condition insofar as the candidate will be able to mobilize the digital skills per se present at this time in the group.
You are capable of driving an organization and leading high-stakes transformation actions, and of reconciling buy-in/inspiration of teams and delivery of performance objectives defined during project definition.
You demonstrate a high degree of autonomy, strong organizational skills and the ability to take initiatives. You are at ease in operating within a global organization and enjoy working in a team environment.
Able to listen, pragmatic and tenacious, you have the ambition required to be able to make a difference and to be the person capable of following through the realization of significant improvements within the units concerned and turning them into model units at a global level.
The positions will be located near existing Framatome sites in the US, in Germany and in France and will require travelling to the company's sites where the performance project will be started.
