In the frame of its development strategy and willingness to be more present on Central & Eastern European nuclear I&C market, the I&C BU has started an ambitious program with the main objectives to:
Increase Controls implication in the BU I&C current business (short-term)
Develop Controls autonomy, develop own business, full responsibility of P&L (mid-term)

That’s why the business unit I&C is looking for a HR Staff Advisor in a VIE position with the following main tasks:
· Perform human resources activities and carry out responsibilities that are varied in nature, working in several or all HR functional areas.
· Demonstrate proficiency in matters of varying complexity relating to functional areas which include but are not limited to compensation, employee benefits, operations, technology, organizational development, staffing, administration, workforce planning, people development, employee and labor relations.
· Coordinate HR business plans and support strategic HR implementation plans
· Propose and implement strategic HR programs, policies and best practices that support the mission of the businesses supported and the overall mission of the Framatome
· Develop and lead HR projects and programs with broad-based implications
· Organize a variety of activities across HR functions. Have responsibilities in the implementation of new strategies by changing policies, practices and procedures
· Develop leadership that is accountable and focused on employee engaged culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement and high performance as well as responsible succession planning.
· Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention
· Help to coordinate the Performance Development (PDA) process and the Talent Review Process. Additionally, participate in evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs.
Proficiency with HR Information Systems as well as other PC-based applications such as MS Office
Superb written and verbal communication skills
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management
Ability to change priorities quickly, confront issues directly and work well as part of a team
Project mindset and project management capabilities
Fluent in English
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Master’s degree with focus in Human Resources
