Description de la mission
HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE :
Through a series of project-based activities covering a wide range of HR initiatives you will support the growth and development of UK business through employee experience.
You will also gain a broader experience of business through collaborating and supporting other business functions.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :
Project Work:
- Framatome employee handbook and policies/procedures
- Modernising the employee handbook and policies and procedures to reflect up to date employment law/terms and conditions changes
- Incorporate Framatome company values in to all aspects of the employee lifecycle from recruitment to reward and even exit interviews.
- Creating a policy library that is easily accessible to all Framatome UK team members and can be centrally controlled
- Collaborating with the central HR team in France to align policies and procedures yet recognising and incorporating the locally required adjustments.
- Driving employee engagement survey
- Promoting and delivering the annual employee engagement survey
- Through effective communications aim to continually increase the response rates
- Gathering and analysing the data received
- Present the findings to the HRM and MD and supporting with action plan
- Communicating the findings and actions to the team
- Integrating Framatome UK in to MyHR
- Exploring opportunities within Framatome’s MyHR system to improve the employee experience
- MyHR includes modules such as: recruitment; appraisal; data management; internal communications; etc.
Other general activities:
Effectively and efficiently manage stakeholder’s expectations
- Driving general HR queries through the HR Mailbox and meeting agreed solution timeframes
- Any appropriate email responses to employees or managers are copied into the HR mailbox to ensure continuity
- Engaging with managers and employees face-to-face where appropriate
- Providing ad-hoc support to the MD, Business Development Manager, Finance Manager and Office Manager
Framatome Days Europe :
- Work with the French Learning and development team to Organize and coordinate the Framatome Europe Days
- Facilitate during the days.

- Strong attention to detail
- Sound time management and planning skills
- High-level of self-motivation, independence and self-reliance
- Knowledge of and experience with the use of Microsoft Office®
- Confident communicator on the telephone and in person
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good attention to detail producing accurate information
- Knowledge and understanding of fundamental HR principles such as employment law and diversity etc.
- Able to identify when to escalate information to minimise the risk of significant negative impacts
- Comfortable working with different levels of colleagues from manual hands-on workers to senior management
