Job description
As part of the Field Services team, you will be required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property. These activities contribute to maintain, repair, and refurbish sold or existing products. You will be responsible of all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), under the supervision and tutoring of Lead specialists in the field that impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team.
You will be required to execute standard operational/technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines.
Location: UK + overseas
Main Responsibilities:
- Expand your knowledge in your technical field while actively learning from experienced Lead Specialists to execute diverse tasks and acquire advanced skills.
- Apply basic understanding of key business drivers to drive your own projects forward and accomplish own work.
- Develop a good understanding into how your team's work integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
- Resolve issues in situations that require good technical skills within established procedures, under supervision/tutoring of Lead Specialists.
- Consult senior team members when faced with situations outside of defined instructions/parameters.
- Extensive travel to and from projects and various field assignments will be required.
Profile
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Control & Instrumentation or similar from and accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with
- relevant experience).
Basic understanding of technical documentation. - Basic experience in the Services & Field Service and Technical Advising.
- Proficient in MS office suite.
